This is a guide to selected sources of information on Human Rights available in URI Libraries.  The guide is broken down into tabs:

Reference Resources is where you will find Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, and Handbooks to help you get started on your work.  These are all available on the first floor of the Carothers Library and located in the reference area.

Articles & Databases provides you with links to databases.  For more information on searching databases, please visit our Finding Articles guide.

Internet Resources offers a list of reputable links to various human rights websites.  They offer links to documents, statistics, and more.

Specific Movements breaks down human rights into three specific aspects of human rights: women's rights, civil rights, and gay rights.  Each offers more specific and narrower resources for the movements.

To find additional information, conduct a Subject search in the library catalog using the subject heading human rights.
