- Latino Web Site PathfinderA mega-site, created by Francisco Garcia, contains links to many sites of interest to Latinos. However, it hasn't been updated since July, 2000, and Francisco doesn't provide much information about who he is or what he does. Nevertheless, this is an impressive information resource.
