First, select one or more items to cite, and right click to show the menu. Click on Create Bibliography from Item.

Then, select your citation style from the menu. This example shows APA as the selected style. You can use one of the listed styles or select from the "More Styles..." submenu.

Select whether you'd like a bibliography or citations, and select the format you'd like them in. For pasting into a Word document, RTF is a good method.

You can paste your bibliography into your document.
