SPA 472: Language, Gender, and Politeness in Spanish

Library resources for Language, Gender, and Politeness in Spanish

Getting Started

Welcome! In order to find Spanish language and literature resources it is a good idea to start by searching for books.

A few suggested searches that you can use are: Spanish literature and Spanish fiction. To further narrow down your search you can also add history and criticism, women and literature or other limiters like 17th Century or 19th Century.

It is also useful to limit your search to items written in Spanish and this can be done before an initial search or during your search. Before a search all you have to do is select "Spanish" under the "Languages" drop down menu or during your search you can select "Spanish" under the "Languages" heading.
