Finding Books through the Catalog

Search the catalog by keyword, subject, author or title to find books and other print materials. Identify the items you need and follow the Library of Congress call number to the proper locations.

Relevant Subject Headings

LC Subject Headings are headings assigned by the Library of Congress to a book or other item in a catalog to describe its contents. These headings are especially helpful when searching as they can help you better focus your search to find information on a particular topic.
