While not considered scholarly, video and other mass media can play a role in research.  It is often the means by which the lay population first learns about ongoing research. The coverage research receives in video and mass media can have an indirect influence on environmental policy and the future direction of research.  The Library has an extensive collection of videos in Blu-Ray, DVD, on-demand and other formats.  All are listed in the URI Libraries Search.  For more information on borrowing, go to the Library's Media Resource Center page.
