The Research Help Desk can be contacted by phone at (401) 874-2653 during Info & Research Help Desk hours. There is no answering machine; so if the desk is busy, you may need to call back.

Send email to urilibrarian@gmail.com. Emails may take 1-2 business days to get routed to the correct librarian.
By Online Chat:
Some things are hard to explain by chat, but it is good for many questions. During Research Help Desk hours, use the chat box for assistance.
